Order Processing and Delivery Time:

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. For larger parcels, processing may extend up to 4 days. Please note that processing does not occur during holidays or weekends. Additionally, orders are not shipped when temperatures are above 30°C or below 5°C.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout.

We ship all orders to locations within Europe.

International Shipping Timelines:

International orders are expected to arrive within 1-10 business days from the receipt of your order. Shipping estimates will be provided during checkout.

Shipping costs for international orders include applicable taxes, duties, and value-added tax. The final order cost at checkout will reflect these charges.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

If a product arrives incorrect or an ant colony arrives dead, we will send you a new colony or product at no additional cost. In cases where the ant species is no longer available, we will provide you with a voucher equal to the value of the colony. For detailed information, please refer to our shop policies.

Refund Policy:

  • All Workers/Queen Dead: 100% refund

  • 1 Queen Alive, All Workers Dead: 70% refund

  • 1 Queen Alive, More Than 50% Workers Dead: 60% refund

  • 1 Queen Alive, Less Than 40% Workers Dead: 30% refund

  • 1 Queen Alive, Less Than 20% Workers Dead: 0% refund

  • 1 Queen Alive Colony/Queen with No Brood: 0% refund

Products purchased from Physical Stores cannot be returned. However, all items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request credit. Customers can request a COUPON CODE in exchange for the Goods.

To be eligible for credit, ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Product must not have been used or damaged.

  • Product should not have been purchased with coupons.

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning insects and food is not possible as they fall under perishable goods.

If the received product is defective or of poor quality (excluding ants, altough we recommend contacting us to resolve that), please notify us as soon as possible.

We offer a 100% return true refund, processed through Coupon codes with no expiry period. Unfortunately, credits cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
